I personally and carefully pack your Baked Paper goodies to ensure that they arrive safely. Your homemade sweets are lovingly placed in a wax lined, personalized bakery bag to lock in freshness and minimize movement during shipping. Your handcrafted paper goods are stuffed when necessary to help maintain their form and individually wrapped for added protection. All items are safely nestled in a pink bed of shredded packing material and arranged with care in a strong shipping box.

Baked Paper ships Homemade Sweets nationwide on Mondays. Handcrafted Paper Goods are completed in the order they are received and shipped nationwide Monday through Saturday. Please check the Handcrafted Paper Goods page for my current lead time. Once your package has been sent, you will receive and email with the tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the USPS tracking system.

Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States, or a PO Box. Baked Paper is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice that there is a mistake with your address and your package has already been sent, please contact USPS and attempt an address change, or request that the package be held for pick up. Baked Paper cannot change an address once the package has been shipped.

Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. During peak holiday season in the month of December, orders may not ship the same day they are ordered due to the high volume of orders received. Baked Paper is not responsible for any U.S.P.S. delivery delays due to the high volume that U.S.P.S. experiences during the month of December.

A signature may be required for delivery at the discretion of the driver, or the driver may hold a package at their discretion if there is no secure place to leave the package. Baked Paper cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.

If your package says that it has been delivered, but is not at your delivery address, please contact U.S.P.S. directly at: 1.(800).275.8777 with your tracking number so that they may help you locate the package. Baked Paper does not have any extra information on your package/s location. For other shipping or tracking questions once a package is in transit, please contact U.S.P.S. directly at 1.(800).275.8777.

All Homemade Sweets are sent using 1-3 days service in an insulated envelope filled with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of your goodies during transit. The ice packs will most likely no longer be cold upon arrival, THIS IS NORMAL. The ice packs are only present to help keep the chocolate cold during the shipping period to maintain proper consistency.
